We specialize in custom and ready-to-ship items including:

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we do!
If you can dream it, we can usually create it.

What is your processing time?
- Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days
- Custom orders: 5–10 business days
Processing time does NOT include shipping time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes:
- 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup may be available depending on your location.

Can I order in bulk?
Absolutely! Bulk orders are perfect for:
- Churches
- Events
- Family reunions
- Businesses

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our size chart before ordering.
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfy fit!
How do I care for my items?
To keep your items looking fresh:
Shirts:
- Wash inside out
- Cold water only
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
Tumblers:
- Hand wash only
- Do not microwave
Mugs:
- Hand wash recommended for longest design life
- Use mild dish soap and a soft sponge
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals
- Microwave Safe (unless I label otherwise)
- Do not soak
Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final (With a Few Exceptions)
Because many of our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue on our end.
We WILL replace or refund if:- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- There is a defect in workmanship
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color variations (due to screen differences)
- Change of mind after ordering
- Custom design approvals
Lost or Delayed Packages
Studio Brickhouse is not responsible for postal delays or lost packages once your order has been shipped.
However, we’ll gladly help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.
